Running Advice from a Nonrunner

Dudes:
   If you're like me then running is like the worst thing ever, but I still try to do it. Whether its for sport, like me, or for fun, running is a great way to get some exercise and release some endorphins. I mean my favorite is when I pass runners on my run and they say "good morning" because they're like the happiest people ever. My advice for running is run for you, run what you can run and if you gotta walk then do it. Run for you, and be proud of yourself for even trying. I also think you should work up to your goal, I mean you're not gonna be able to run a marathon on day one. Lastly, find yourself some jams to listen to while you're running, I promise that makes it better, or as good as running can be.
