the Birds and the Bees....."Needs"

Hey Dudes:
   So I really felt like God was calling me to talk on the subject of.... sexual immorality (cringe I know). I don't really understand why it's such an awkward topic since nudity and sex are literally everywhere. I mean these days, it's in like every movie or show and even comes up on my social media feed all the time (I have to mute accounts on Twitter all the time to get rid of it). This is something I've struggled with lately, because in today's society, we are really pressured about this topic. I mean for guys it's "cool" and the thing to do and girls are judged no matter what, they're either sleeping around or being a prude. I'm here to tell you it's okay to make the decision for yourself. Myself, I decided that I believe God is calling me to wait for marriage, and I can back it up with verses like: "The acts of flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery" Galatians 5: 19, or Hebrews 13:4; "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed should be kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral". Regardless of what I think, you need to take time to make the decision for yourself, and make sure it's one you can be proud of. And remember, it's never to late to decided that you should refrain from sex, God will forgive you and your future spouse will appreciate the effort, I mean better late than never right?

Dudes:   August might be like my least favorite month ever because it means school is gonna start soon. So when it rolls around, I feel a little more glum than usual. To make things worse, I have early morning workouts for fall sports, but at least getting up early won't be much of a shock. My "Eclectic" Music

Dudes:   I need some new music... I like mellow slower songs, but I also really like songs that you can dance too. I love anything Taylor Swift and I like Feels by Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams, Big Sean and Calvin Harris. I also really really really love One Direction, like check them out they're lit even if you have to listen to them in secret. I like Sam Hunt and Luke Bryan too, and I also listen to some reggae and bands like needtobreathe and Hillsong United (check out Wonder it's amazing) and for King and Country. Pre-21st century music is where it's at, Journey and Bon Jovi have my heart. Oh and I can't forget my love of musicals and the songs from them, especially Disney, but also things like Phantom of the Opera and Hairspray. I also found recently the Avett Brothers, whose music ranges in like all the styles and lyrics come from the heart. Sunburns

Hey Dudes:     So my parents go to the pool like all the time and yesterday, I decided to go with them. One thing you should know about me is that I fear the sun, mostly because of sunburns and cancer and all that, so I always use a ton of sunscreen and reapply. However, I never put on my own sunscreen I always have my mom or a friend do it. But yesterday I tried to do it myself and what do you know, I got a sunburn. Now I gotta say, these things are the worst, like they hurt and I just wanna peel my own skin off. The good thing is that sunburns usually turn into tans, and if you go back to being pale then I'm very sorry friend, you just went through all the pain and got no benefits. Advice I have for sunburns is to use desitin overnight, because it takes away the pain but leaves a tan. The number one thing to do however, is just wear sunscreen in the first place.
